We will not accept any returns after 28 days of receipt of your goods and without a prior agreement. Please contact us for a valid returns reference number. We will also require a copy of your invoice / delivery note along with your reasons for the return.
Any goods returned due to an error in ordering will incur a 15% admin charge.
Items not normally stocked which are deemed to constitute a ‘special order’ can be obtained subject to receipt of an official written order.
Special items may be subject to specific carriage charges and have a lead time of anywhere between 1-12 weeks from time of order. Please contact us for specific details.
