The door will not twist, warp, bow or require redecoration so our product is truly maintenance-free! All of the doors are bespoke designs – made to your own measurements and have authentic proportions ensuring that each model looks and feels like a traditional entrance door, and will arrive ready for immediate, problem-free fitting.
Every door is supplied pre-fitted with a state-of-the-art multi-point Easy-Lock for maximum peace of mind. This lock design is the preferred choice of the Police-endorsed "Secure By Design" scheme and is manufactured to meet recommendations set by the Association of British Insurers.
The Easy-Lock door has a patented inner core that makes it particularly strong and durable. It’s also superbly energy-efficient – six times better than wood – with all the inherent fuel-saving benefits that implies. The face of the door has our True Grain technology so you can be confident that this low maintenance door will look fantastic for a lifetime.
You can say goodbye to draughts forever with an Easy-Lock door as all our designs are fitted with twin weather seals while our low threshold system makes the door ideal for disabled access. All our glazed doors are fitted with double-glazed units of your choice.
Security
All door sets are supplied pre-fitted with the multi-point Easy-Lock system that engages two large security hooks into the frame automatically on closing. This state-of-the-art lock design is the preferred specification for the Police-endorsed "Secure By Design" scheme and is manufactured to meet the recommendations of the Association of British Insurers. In addition our door is fitted with three top quality security hinges. We have also put security first in our glazed models that feature our patented method of pocket glazing. The sealed units slide into the body of the door and are held in place with a clip system, in turn they are sealed into place ensuring maximum security and thermal performance.
The presence of these features are designed to give householders extra peace of mind on matters of home security.
Colours/Finishes
The maintenance free door leaf features our True Grain finish and, unlike many inferior ‘wood effect’ finishes, the door features a skin that has been moulded on real wood to take on the natural grain markings.
The Easy-Lock door is available in light oak, mahogany and a choice of four attractive solid colours (white, green, blue and red) all set in a brilliant white frame. This results in a superbly authentic appearance that will never date or go out of style.
